The Passow pandas hosted the District 84 School Board meeting in November. It was so exciting to share the wonderful things happening at the new and improved Passow. The board meeting started off with a live Panda-cast, a podcast put together by our very own 5th graders. Four awesome fifth-graders talked about all the fun happening in 5th grade, achievements at Passow, and how much they love the renovation that happened over the summer. It was a big hit! Next up Ms. Martin and Mrs. Fontana talked about last years achievements, family involvement at Passow, and our goals for this year. The big finale came with a video, a parody of the song “We Want to Thank You”, by Sly and The Family Stone. The lyrics were written by Mrs. Dahl and the film features the smiling faces of the students and staff at Passow. If you are interested in viewing the video, click here.
