Snow Day Flip Flop

On a Sunday night, with a looming snow storm set for Tuesday, Dr Katzin, our superintendent, had an idea to flip flop our Tuesday and Wednesday schedules. While he understood that this would take some work, he also knew that it would ensure everyone's safety and that no student missed a day of in-person learning. So in district 84 fashion, in about twelve hours, the decision was made, communication was sent, schedules were rearranged, and the plan was put into action. The teachers went above and beyond because they continually put their students first. While there were bumps in the road, everyone worked hard to make sure safety and learning came first and for that we are so grateful to the entire District 84 community!
