For the 8th year in a row, the fifth grade students in Franklin Park got a personal jam session with Victor Goines, a world class jazz musician. Mr. Goines, a friend of Passow's very own Mrs. Dahl, spent over an hour demonstrating different instruments, talking about his experiences playing with famous musicians, and the different kind of jazz music and how they came to be. The students spent time at the end asking questions and thanking Mr. Goines for his time. We are so grateful to him and this unforgettable experience that he provides for our kids!
