It's a fan favorite in Kindergarten! Each year the kindergarteners at Passow love watching their class pet caterpillars grow and change into beautiful Painted Lady butterflies! The students learn about the life cycle, create art and sequencing projects, write in a journal, and so much more to support this science unit. One of the kids' favorite activities is naming the butterflies! The butterflies have now begun to spin their chrysalis and everyone is excited for the big finale when they let them go free in the kindergarten courtyard!
